State Aid Uncovered presents analysis of the main policy and legal developments in the field of State aid in 2024 which was the first full year of the application of the new de minimis regulation (Regulation 2023 / 2831).
At the end of the year, the validity of the Temporary Crisis and Transition Framework expired, with the exception of sections 2.5, 2.6 and 2.8 for accelerating the green transition, which will remain in force until 31 December 2025.
