Biografie
Mark Stephens ist ein renommierter Yogalehrer und Autor, hat bisher über tausend Yogalehrer ausgebildet und leitet weltweit Yogastunden, Seminare, Retreats und Yogalehrerausbildungen. Er praktiziert seit 1991 und unterrichtet seit 1996. Zudem unterrichtet er auf Konferenzen, in traditionellen Yogastudios, aber auch an Schulen in Problemvierteln, in Gefängnissen und psychiatrischen Kliniken. Im Jahr 2000 wurde er für dieses Engagement mit dem Karma Yoga Award der Zeitschrift Yoga Journalausgezeichnet.
