Majid Pakdel: Mastering LabVIEW, Gebunden

Klappentext

This comprehensive guide to LabVIEW takes readers on a journey from the fundamentals of the programming environment to the sophisticated design of data acquisition and control systems. The book begins by establishing a solid foundation, covering essential data types like numerics, Booleans, strings, arrays, and clusters. It then progresses through the core structures of the language, including While and For Loops, Case, Sequence, and Event Structures. This systematic approach ensures that both beginners and intermediate users gain a robust understanding of the building blocks required for effective LabVIEW programming.

Building on these basics, the text explores advanced topics essential for professional development. It delves into data visualization with Waveform Charts, Graphs, and XY Graphs, and demonstrates practical integration with external tools like Excel. Readers will learn critical techniques for debugging and error handling, as well as how to create reusable Sub-VIs and Action Engines. The final section of the book transitions into application design, providing a detailed walkthrough of project creation and the implementation of essential design architectures. Through the exploration of Simple State Machines and Producer / Consumer design patterns, culminating in a practical ATM project, this book equips engineers and students with the skills needed to build robust, real-world measurement and automation applications.
