'The Country-Of-Origin Principle in the DSA and its Impact on the Regulation of Media Intermediary Services in Germany': The thesis examines the unresolved substantive scope of the country-of-origin principle under the ECD and DSA, compared with the country-of-transmission principle of the AVMSD Directive. It further analyses the effects of the country-of-origin principle under the DSA on national regulation of media intermediaries in Germany and the regulatory leeway under the MStV, JMStV, JuSchG, and NetzDG. These issues are particularly urgent, as the DSA takes precedence over conflicting national law.
