Biografie (Jonathan Carr)
Jonathan Carr wurde 1942 in Berkhamsted bei London geboren. Mehr als drei Jahrzehnte war er Auslandskorrespondent der Financial Times, deren Büroleiter in Frankfurt und Bonn er später wurde. Für seine Reportagen aus Deutschland bekam er mehrere Preise. Als Wagner-Kenner und -Liebhaber besuchte er seit 1970 regelmäßig Bayreuth. Jonathan Carr verstarb im Juni 2008.
