Holding Grief is a journey of self-discovery that showcases how love and hate, fear and bravery, anger and joy, hope and despair encounter trauma, terror, compassion, resilience, weakness, and fortitude.

Suddenly, I began to notice from the corner of my daughter's tiny mouth, covered with tape securing a breathing tube, emerging bubbles. She was talking to me in her bubbles and I listened. I struggled to understand her response at first, as no answer came to me. I shared with the group my experience of not knowing how to understand her bubbles and how eventually I came to know what my daughter was saying to me.
