It presents latest archaeological findings as well as new text editions of Greek, Coptic and Arabic papyri / ostraka and inscriptions ranging from the Roman to the Islamic period. On this basis, it opens up discussions about transitions and intercultural exchange.

Biografie

Stefanie Schmidt wurde 1974 in Geldern am Niederrhein geboren und ist dort aufgewachsen. Nach dem Abitur schloss sie eine Ausbildung zur chemisch-technischen Assistentin ab und arbeitete einige Jahre in diesem Beruf.§Nach der Geburt ihrer zwei Kinder beschloss sie, etwas anderes zu versuchen, und fing das Schreiben an.§Mittlerweile wohnt sie mit ihrer Familie im schönen Schwabenland und schreibt hauptsächlich Jugendbücher.
