Ihre Tätigkeit als Illustratorin und Grafikerin gab sie schließlich auf, um sich voll und ganz ihrem leidenschaftlichen Hobby, dem Entwerfen und Anfertigen handgemachter Objekte und Accessoires, zu widmen.
