Every time she runs, she encounters an unlikely but wise friend who helps her navigate life with her worry worm.

Author Blair Linne is no stranger to worry and anxiety. Starting in 2015, she experienced crippling anxiety and panic attacks that spiraled her into a dark reality of discouragement and shame. After a long season of battling anxiety, she came to realize that there was no way around her worry--only through it, with God.
