Biografie (Seth Roberts)

Seth Roberts ist Professor für Psychologie an der Berkeley Universität in Kalifornien. Er arbeitet als Ernährungsberater in der Redaktion der Zeitschrift Nutrition und hat bereits zahlreiche wissenschaftliche Beiträge zu den Themen Gesundheit, Ernährung und Gewichtskontrolle veröffentlicht.
