Biografie
Sogyal Rinpoche wurde in Tibet geboren und von einem der größten tibetischen Meditationsmeister dieses Jahrhunderts aufgezogen. Mit seinem Meister ging er nach Sikkim ins Exil; nach dessen Tod im Jahr 1959 studierte er an den Universitäten von Delhi und Cambridge. Seit 1974 lehrt er den tibetischen Buddhismus im Westen und hat sich dabei auf die Vermittlung der mit dem "Tibetischen Totenbuch" verbundenen Lehren und Meditationspraktiken spezialisiert. Er ist der Begründer und geistige Lehrer von RIGPA, einem weltweiten Netzwerk buddhistischer Gruppen und Zentren. Von ihm erschienen bereits im O.W.
