Getanzt wird, indem man die Beine im Takt während des Springens abwechselnd nach vorne und hinten wirft, dreht, twistet oder andere wilde Sachen damit anstellt. Oft wird der Tanz auch mit mehreren Personen getanzt, wobei die Tänzer entweder im sogenannten „Duo-Jump“ nebeneinander gleiche Schritte ausführen oder sich gegenüber stehen und beim Jumpen synchron und absichtlich mit den Füßen aneinander stoßen.
