Why am I not able to listen to CDs?
Many CDs also have audio samples, which are displayed by a small 'play' icon. Just click below on the number of the respective track and then you can listen to the title. For this functionality, you need the Adobe Flash Player.
You can downlaod the Flash Player at the Adobe Website.
I can only place one item in my shopping cart at a time. Why is this?
The reason for this is almost always that your browser is not accepting cookies. But this is necessary so that the items that you place in your shopping cart can be stored on your computer. You will find the option of accepting cookies in the Settings or Options area of your browser.
I still have an open order and want to add an item. Do I have to pay shipping twice?
We always automatically combine open orders. If we already have one order that has not yet been shipped, all new orders will automatically be added so that you only pay shipping once. You can check to see whether your order has already been shipped in Customer LogIn.
If you don't yet have a password, you can request one there by clicking on the "Request Password" link.
You will then receive an email with the password, which you can change later. This email explains everything in detail.
What types of payment options are available?
If you are placing an order from abroad, a credit card is required for payment.Unfortunately, deliveries with pre-payment transfer or check are not possible.
Is the transfer of my personal information secure?
All information that you provide to us in the course of an order is encrypted before it is transmitted. This applies, in particular, to payment information. We use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encoding system. Thus, your information cannot be read by anyone else.
If I give you a debit authorization, when will it be charged?
We charge the invoice amount on the date that the order is shipped. This applies for credit and bank debit cards.
Can I also place an order via email?

Please don't forget to provide your customer number and/or the desired billing address.
Do I need a customer number to place an order?
You don't need to be registered as a customer to place an order with us. You also don't need to preregister. The registration in Customer LogIn is there in order to allow you to check on an order that you have already placed.
The customer number saves you the trouble of entering your address information. When placing your first order, just enter your address in your shopping cart.
I received a defective item. What should I do now?
It suffices completely if you send the item back to us with a short message indicating whether you want an exchange or a refund.Our address:

Will you send an order confirmation?
You will receive an order confirmation from us via email immediately after we have received your order.
If you are not sure whether you have actually sent your order, just look in your shopping cart. If it is empty, then your order was sent; if there are still items in your shopping cart, you have not sent your order yet.

I see items with identical content but different prices and item numbers in your database. What is the difference?
These are identical articles, whereby the lower price indicates a temporary or limited-quantity offer. The higher amount is the normal valid price of the article.
Information on the contained items is missing for some pieces. Can you give me this information?
These are items, the product information for which we have received directly via database from the industry. Unfortunately, more detailed information is not available to us.
We then add the titles to the extent possible once we have received the items.
Do you also sell items from abroad?
We try hard to be a service provider for the true music and film fan and to deliver more than just the easily attainable titles. Thus, we procure e.g. CDs from several thousand labels via more than 500 different sellers.
We receive imports from around the world on a daily basis. Of course, this also includes weekly air-freight imports from the USA, Japan, Australia, and Canada.
How quickly do you ship orders?
As a rule, we ship orders within a week. We place reorders with all important suppliers on a daily basis. However, many of our customers are music experts who increasingly look for rare CDs from smaller companies. These must often be obtained from suppliers whose professionalism is not always the highest.
If an item needs to be imported, the delivery time can take up to several weeks. Thus, please understand that all CDs displayed in the database cannot always be shipped to you immediately.
However, we do display the estimated delivery time for each article.
My CD jewel cases were damaged during shipping. What should I do now?
An email is enough! We will send you a replacement, free of charge. Please note for which item the jewel case was damaged.
How does the Customer LogIn work?
You can check your order status on the homepage or make changes by clicking on the Customer LogIn link. If you don't yet have a password, you can request one there by clicking on the link. "Is this your first visit or did you forget your password? - Request Password"
You will then receive an email with the password, which you can then change later. This email explains everything in detail.
If we do not have your email address, please contact our service centre. We will then save it here and send you a password.
Are the shipping costs per delivery or per item?
The shipping costs indicated in our shipping conditions are per order. The order value does not matter. If you add an item to an existing order, no new shipping costs are incurred.
Do I have to pay German VAT tax?
If the delivery is sent to a country outside of the EU, you do not need to pay taxes; it is automatically removed from the invoice.
You can find out the taxes due at the border from your local customs office.
